When i place myself in a postrait position in prayer i Feel at peace with my heavenly Father , knowing that when i talk to him and casting all of my cares upon him . I Feel so much Love that My Heavenly Father i Taking care of me.

A humble posture to me before God is on my knees in prayer. I feel so dependent upon Him in this position. My posture is in submission to my Creator God! I am honouring Him and reverencing God like this! I love praying to my God on my knees. He is above I am beneath. It reminds me that I am nothing. Psalm 16:2 says " I say to the LORD.
