Meaning the small hang ups, can lead to big hang ups if we don’t surrender those things to God and ask Him to deliver us and help us. Also, the Bible says evil communication corrupts good manners. Sometimes the company we keep may not be the best for us. Sometimes we can be guilty by association. So we must be wise in selecting friends. If we allow some sins to be swept under the rug, it can have a trickle down effect and can cause even more people to stumble.
